All deposits and withdrawals at pak98 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pak98 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. Funds deposited to pak98 are held solely for the purpose of wagering on the platform and do not earn interest.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by method but pak98 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the Cashier section at the time of the request. pak98 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
pak98 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of claiming and which form part of these Terms. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in respect of that promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak98 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if pak98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pak98's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak98 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free platform access, and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party payment processing delays beyond pak98's reasonable control.
All content on the pak98 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of pak98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pak98 content without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use pak98's intellectual property other than as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Services.
You may request closure of your pak98 account at any time by contacting support. Where a balance remains, pak98 will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to satisfactory KYC and no pending investigations. pak98 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation and legal review.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall in the first instance be submitted to pak98's formal complaints procedure via support. pak98 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 28 days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may escalate to any applicable independent dispute resolution service referenced in your account documentation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pak98 in respect of your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
